By completing this order, you agree to the KlinicalPulse Master Services Agreement, including the Infrastructure & Compliance Clause, Scope Limitation Clause, and A2P Registration Timeline Disclosure.

HIPAA Notice: Reid Capital Holdings LLC operates as a Business Associate under 45 CFR § 164.308. A signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is required before system activation and will be delivered to your practice email within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

Billing is managed through Stripe under Reid Capital Holdings LLC. Your statement will reflect charges from REID CAPITAL HOLDINGS. The introductory retainer rate of $750/month applies to months 1–6. The standard rate of $997/month begins automatically at month 7. Cancel with 30 days written notice after the initial 12-month term.
